Sycamore Adventure's fun packed private parties offer you exclusive use of the fantastic adventure playground, two dedicated play staff, access to a wide menu of activities and party food options during your visit.

The staff team will provide one structured activity per booking to enhance your experience. These include:
2a. Complete Freedom
Explore and play both inside and outside at our amazing adventure playground. With exclusive use of our truly unique and exciting play environment, a wide selection of toys, loose parts, and much more! Sycamore Adventure is the perfect place to enable children to direct their own play without the intervention of adults. Our key focus is freely chosen play and this is a crucial part of all visits to Sycamore Adventure!
2b. Go-Karting
Make use of our fleet of inclusive go-karts, including dual seated go-karts, wheelchair accessible bikes, scooters and trikes. Go karting will provide a fun packed physical play session for all children!
2c. Campfire Party
Enhance your party with a campfire! Our team will supervise the fire and cook popcorn for guests. Feel free to bring marshmallows along to cook during your visit!
2d. Treasure Hunt Party
Enhance your party with a treasure hunt! Find the clues, crack the code and be rewarded with sweeties!
2e. Badge Making Party
Make your party memorable with a badge making session where visitors can design and create their own badges to take home after the party!
When can I come?
Parties take place on Saturday afternoons between 3pm and 5.30pm, Sundays between 1pm and 3.30pm and on Tuesday evenings from 4.30pm – 7pm throughout the year. Evening parties can be arranged during the school holidays to take place from 5.00-7.30pm.
Costs
Party Session:
£235.00 for up to 30 children or £290.00 for up to 60 children.
Maximum of 60 children.
One activity is included in the basic price, for each additional activity there is a charge of £50.00.

Making a Booking, Deposit and Payment
A deposit will be required to secure your party, following your booking enquiry being confirmed. The deposit payment is required upon booking confirmation and will be deducted from your final bill. The remaining balance must be made within two weeks of your party booking.
Parties for up to 30 children require a deposit of £73.50.
Parties for up to 60 children require a deposit of £94.50.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Other Party Option
Shared use parties offer a cheaper party option for smaller parties being held at Sycamore Adventure. Shared use parties are held during public access play sessions. They are held on Wednesday’s, Thursday’s (strictly for children with additional needs) and Saturdays outside of holiday periods and provide guests with:
A party for up to 15 children for two hours
A dedicated party staff member to coordinate your child’s party
Face Painting or craft activity
Reserved tables and party area on the mezzanine floor
A buffet for 15 children
