Group trips provide exclusive use of the Dudley’s award winning adventure playground, access to a wide range of play equipment and inclusion of activities to enhance your visit. By choosing to book a trip at Sycamore Adventure, you are not only giving your children a day to remember, you are helping many other children to enjoy the fun of play.
Opening times
We are open for school visits. During term time our facility can be booked for full or half days. Sessions take place on the days and times listed below:

Complete Freedom
Explore and play both inside and outside at our amazing adventure playground. With exclusive use of our truly unique and exciting play environment, a wide selection of toys, loose parts, and much more! Sycamore Adventure is the perfect place to enable children to direct their own play without the intervention of adults. Our key focus is freely chosen play and this is a crucial part of all visits to Sycamore Adventure!
Go-Karting
Make use of our fleet of inclusive go-karts, including dual seated go-karts, wheelchair accessible bikes, scooters and trikes. Go karting will provide a fun packed physical play session for all children!
Campfire
Break up your day with a campfire. Our trained team will build and light a campfire and cook popcorn or marshmallows for your group, providing a great social opportunity and chance to get feedback from your children.
Team Building Games
Through a range of fun games & team work activities, our trained staff will support your children and young people to improve group dynamics, enhance team co-operation, build trust and build self esteem.
Your topics
Let our staff team know what themes or ideas you may have for your visit and we will help you to bring them to life in a fun and creative way, using crafts and a range of related activities!
Scavenger Hunts / Treasure Hunt
As individuals or in small groups, scour the site to solve a series of clues to solve the Sycamore puzzle.
Creative Sports
Try your hand at fencing, archery, crazy golf, zorbs and indoor Kurling. Please note some activities are weather dependent and there are limits on the number of children who can be involved in each activity at a time.

Costs
Half Day (9.30am - 12pm / 12.30pm - 3.15pm):
£211.15 + VAT (for bookings taking place before 1st April 2024).
£223.82 + VAT (for bookings taking place after 31st March 2024).
Full Day (9.30am - 3.15pm):
£422.30 + VAT (for bookings taking place before 1st April 2024).
£447.64 + VAT (for bookings taking place after 31st March 2024).
Bronze Package: £851.60 + VAT
Four half day bookings or two full day bookings or a combination of both (a saving of over £10 per half day booking). Bronze package customers must purchase a minimum of 4 half days then any further half day bookings that they wish to purchase will be charged at the reduced rate of £200.85 Please let us know how many half day sessions you would like to purchase by emailing play@sycamoreadventure.co.uk. (price listed based on 4 half days)
Silver Package: £1,654.08 + VAT
Eight half day bookings or four full day bookings or a combination of both, (a saving of over £15 per half day booking). Silver package customers must purchase a minimum of 8 half days then any further half day bookings that they wish to purchase will be charged at the reduced rate of £195.70. Please let us know how many half day sessions you would like to purchase by emailing play@sycamoreadventure.co.uk. (price listed based on 8 half days)
Gold Package: £3,122.55 + VAT
Sixteen half day bookings or eight full day bookings or a combination of both, (a saving of over £25 per half day booking). Gold package customers must purchase a minimum of 16 half days then any further bookings that they wish to purchase will be charged at the reduced rate of £185.40. The Gold Package also provides the customer with inclusion on our gold distribution list where cancellations will be offered to the gold customers, with the first gold responding group for free. Please let us know how many half day sessions you would like to purchase by emailing play@sycamoreadventure.co.uk. (price listed based on 16 half days)
Platinum Package: £5,966.69 + VAT
Thirty two half day bookings or sixteen full day bookings or a combination of both. (a saving of over £35.00 per half day booking). Platinum package customers must purchase a minimum of 32 half days then any further bookings that they wish to purchase will be charged at the reduced rate of £180.25. The Platinum Package also provides the customer with inclusion on our platinum distribution list where cancellations will be offered to the platinum customers first, with the first responding group for free.
